PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Scrap-It Site Services operates an internal SMS program to allow field employees and staff to submit operational requests, bug reports, and feature ideas directly to our internal project tracking system. This program is exclusively for authorized Scrap-It Site Services employees and is not open to the general public.

MESSAGE TYPES
Participants may receive confirmation messages acknowledging receipt of submitted requests, and occasional status updates related to their submissions. Message frequency will vary based on submission activity — typically 1–3 messages per submission.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Text your message to the designated internal number provided by your manager. Recommended format: start with BUG:, FEATURE:, or REQUEST: followed by a brief description.

OPT-OUT & HELP
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact your manager or IT administrator. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the IT team.

COSTS & CARRIER INFO
Scrap-It Site Services does not charge for this SMS service. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

PRIVACY
Phone numbers and message content are used solely for internal operational purposes. We do not sell or share personal information or message data to third parties, except as required by law or to operate the service.
